ReFrame Wealth began with a vision of reimagining the meaning of wealth. Our purpose is to empower clients to live a life of clarity, intention, and alignment. We enter every conversation with an open heart and an open mind. Our goal is to change the way our clients feel about money — and to make the time you spend with your financial planner a turning point in your financial life.

ReFrame Wealth set out to prove that wealth management could be done differently. We believe that the world is ready for financial advice that is non-judgmental, service-centric, and unquestionably without conflict. Our goal is to empower clients to explore and elevate what’s possible with their money. We also are proud to serve our extended community through pro bono financial planning services, financial literacy programs, and charitable giving — because everyone deserves to feel good about their money.

Meet the ReFrame Team

Falter, AIF®, CFP®

Mitchell Falter is a founding member and a financial planner at ReFrame Wealth. His mission is to help his clients and their extended families achieve the best possible outcomes — and live their best life. Our clients trust Mitch to sort out the most difficult financial puzzles, which often requires him to collaborate with a team of specialists across disciplines. Mitch is skilled at breaking down complexity, explaining things clearly, and connecting the dots in different areas of the client’s financial and personal life. When he’s not working, Mitch spends time with his wife Laurie, his children Tom and Cecilia, as well as their two dogs, six chickens, the horse he has never ridden, and the cat who came with the house.

Doll, CFP®

Jessie Doll is a founding member and a financial planner at ReFrame Wealth. She believes that financial planning is where math and statistics come to life, and that together they hold the keys to unlocking a life well lived. Jessie is honored and humbled to walk alongside her clients through some of their most significant, scary, and complex life challenges and changes — and to make a real, positive impact on individual lives through her work. She wants her clients to feel comfortable with their finances, in control of their future, and clearly focused on the possibilities of what they can do with their money. When Jessie is not working, she can be found on the side of the mountain with her two fearless children (who are better skiers than she is), hiking or biking with their dog, or enjoying a family movie night.

Massie, CFP®

Tom Massie is a founding member and financial planner of ReFrame Wealth. He works directly with clients to help them make smart financial decisions in their retirement years. Tom also leads our strategic initiative to design an exceptional client service experience. Tom’s colleagues describe him as a patient and exceptionally knowledgeable planner who is sincerely interested in hearing his clients’ unique stories. Empathy is his superpower, and he lives to connect with people who never set out to become wealthy — and those who need help navigating all of the potential risks they face from this point forward. In his free time, Tom enjoys spending time with his close friends and family, especially his wife Michelle and their chocolate lab Penny. Tom loves to travel internationally and explore other cultures, enjoys golfing, and dreams of becoming an amateur home chef.

Corbett Simons, CFP®

Melanie Corbett Simons is a founding member and CEO of ReFrame Wealth. Melanie believes that exceptional service and sound advice should be a standard in all financial planning relationships, and that comfort and confidence are the ultimate measures of financial success. She is grateful that her work allows her daily opportunities to connect with clients, support her team, and build a whole new kind of a financial planning firm — one that puts clients and advisors on the same side of the table and reimagines the meaning of wealth. Outside of work, Melanie enjoys spending time with her husband Nick, their daughter Sloane, and a rescued pup of unknown pedigree named Draper. Melanie loves cooking, her favorite books are nonfiction, and nothing can stand between her and her favorite self-care routines.
