Meet the ReFrame Team
Mitch
Falter, AIF®, CFP®
Mitchell Falter is a founding member and a financial planner at ReFrame Wealth. His mission is to help his clients and their extended families achieve the best possible outcomes — and live their best life. Our clients trust Mitch to sort out the most difficult financial puzzles, which often requires him to collaborate with a team of specialists across disciplines. Mitch is skilled at breaking down complexity, explaining things clearly, and connecting the dots in different areas of the client’s financial and personal life. When he’s not working, Mitch spends time with his wife Laurie, his children Tom and Cecilia, as well as their two dogs, six chickens, the horse he has never ridden, and the cat who came with the house.
Jessie
Doll, CFP®
Jessie Doll is a founding member and a financial planner at ReFrame Wealth. She believes that financial planning is where math and statistics come to life, and that together they hold the keys to unlocking a life well lived. Jessie is honored and humbled to walk alongside her clients through some of their most significant, scary, and complex life challenges and changes — and to make a real, positive impact on individual lives through her work. She wants her clients to feel comfortable with their finances, in control of their future, and clearly focused on the possibilities of what they can do with their money. When Jessie is not working, she can be found on the side of the mountain with her two fearless children (who are better skiers than she is), hiking or biking with their dog, or enjoying a family movie night.
